In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 18.331, of August 11, 2008, and Decree No. 414/009, of August 21, 2009, as amended and concordant, on personal data protection and Habeas Data, the processing of personal data carried out in Noatel S.A.' s T2Parking application is governed by the following provisions:
1. Purpose.
The personal data collected will be used with the purpose of providing a better service and facilitating the use of the website through the analysis of the number and frequency of visits.
Regarding the collection and processing of data through automated mechanisms in order to generate records of visitor activity,Noatel S.A.will in no case perform operations that involve associating such information to any identified or identifiable user.
2. Contact and Web Forms.
The "Contact Us" form on the website is conceived as a guest service mailbox and is intended to facilitate communications and exchange of information between the interested parties andNoatel S.A., and the data will be kept for the purpose of receiving and answering queries, as well as obtaining statistical data of the same.
Any person wishing to access and/or use the website or services may do so subject to the General Terms and Conditions listed below.
Consequently, all visits and all contracts and transactions carried out on this site, as well as their legal effects, shall be governed by these rules and subject to the regulations of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay as applicable to the matter.
The terms and conditions contained in this instrument shall apply and shall be understood as forming part of all acts and contracts executed or entered into by means of the offer and commercialization systems included in this website among the users thereof.
If the user disagrees with the terms and conditions, which are mandatory and binding, he/she should refrain from using the site and/or the services, since they govern without exceptions all contracts made through the Site, as well as the offers published on it and then proceed to contract off-line.
Whoever uses this site, must read, understand and accept these terms and conditions, as well as other documents that are incorporated.
Purchases may only be made by persons with legal capacity to contract. The acts that incapable persons perform on the Site will be the responsibility of their parents, guardians or curators, and therefore will be considered performed by them in exercise of the legal representation with which they have. In the event that a legal entity registers as a user, whoever represents it must have legal capacity to contract in the name and on behalf of the same and to bind it under the terms of this agreement.
It is mandatory to complete all the data required in the registration form by the user. The Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the Personal Data entered and shall be liable for the eventual damages suffered as a consequence of erroneously informing their personal data, exemptingNoatel S.A.from any kind of responsibility in this regard.
Noatel S.A. reserves the right to request any additional proof and/or data in order to corroborate the Personal Data, as well as to temporarily or definitively suspend those Users whose data could not be confirmed. In these cases of disqualification, the purchase will be cancelled, without any right to compensation.
The User acknowledges and accepts that the information to be provided toNoatel S.A. may be stored and will be used by NoatelS.A. in order to provide a better service as well as to select the recipients of the advertising messages indicated.
The mere fact of following the steps to make a purchase, implies express acceptance of the present Terms and Conditions, and that the offering company has effectively complied with the conditions contained in this numeral.
It will also indicate its postal or e-mail address and the technical means available to the consumer to identify and correct errors in the shipment or in its data.
Likewise, once the purchase has been made,Noatel S.A.staff will contact the User, in order to proceed with the next steps regarding the execution of the contract that binds them and in order to proceed with the sending of the necessary documentation.
3. Communication of Personal Data.
The personal data collected may be communicated to Public Entities or third parties, solely and exclusively, when the achievement of the purpose pursued by the user so requires, or with your consent. The User may access his/her stored personal information at any time during the term of this contract. If during this period any of the information provided by the user to Noatel S.A.is modified, the user must inform Noatel S.A., who will have a period of 20 days to make the corresponding modifications in its database.
