Terms and Conditions

The use of the T2parking service is subject to the User's prior acceptance (as defined below) of the terms and conditions of use of the same. Such terms and conditions will be those published on the T2parking service web page each time the service is used. The use of the T2parking service by the User will be considered the acceptance of the terms and conditions in force at that date, thus the contract is perfected. Consequently, in case of non-acceptance of the terms and conditions herein, the use of the T2parking service is subject to the User's prior acceptance (as defined below) of the terms and conditions of use of the same. Such terms and conditions will be those published on the T2parking service web page each time the service is used. The use of the T2parking service by the User will be considered the acceptance of the terms and conditions in force at that date, thus the contract is perfected. Consequently, in case of non-acceptance of the terms and conditions herein, the User shall not make use of the T2parking service under any circumstances.
The application allows the user to contract tariffed parking time in the cities. The tariffed parking hours and rates are set by the national or local authorities. The application is available in the Google and Apple app stores. In order to contract a paid parking service, you must associate a credit card or a telephone line to make the payments for the service. In order to contract the paid parking service, you must enter the data of a valid license plate in the country where the service is provided.

The User acknowledges and accepts that the information to be provided to Noatel S.A according to what is indicated in the previous numeral may be stored by Noatel S.A in a database during the maximum term stipulated by the law 18331 of personal data protection and habeas data action, which will be used by Noatel S.A in order to provide a better rendering of the T2parking service.A is modified, the User must inform Noatel S.A., who will have a maximum period of 5 working days to rectify, update, include or delete it in its database.

The User acknowledges that he/she shall be solely responsible for the conduct and content of the communications to be made through the T2parking service, as well as for any consequences arising therefrom. Users further agree to: (i) use the T2parking service in accordance with the provisions of applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations; (ii) not use the Service to transmit or distribute any content that is defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene or objectionable, or that is for any reason contrary to applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations. The User acknowledges that the infringement of any of the provisions of this clause could imply the application of legal sanctions by the competent authorities; this without prejudice to the possibility of Noatel S.A. to suspend or terminate the provision of the T2parking service with respect to that user.
As a consequence of the above, the user acknowledges and accepts that Noatel S.A. does not assume any responsibility Noatel S.A. will have the right to extend or improve the operations enabled by the T2parking service, as well as to modify any of the conditions for the provision of the service, as well as the commercial and market conditions that govern the same at any time, without prior notice to the user. Likewise, Noatel S.A. may, at its sole discretion, modify and/or revise these terms and conditions, at any time, without prior notice to the User. Noatel S.A. reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt the provision of the T2parking service at any time, without prior notice to the User and without incurring any responsibility.

Users represent and warrant that: (i) all information provided to T2Company in accordance with the above is accurate, up to date, complete and truthful; (b) in the event of any changes occurring with respect to such information, you shall notify T2Company as indicated in numeral 4 in order for it to become aware of such changes and make the necessary adjustments to its databases, if any; and (c) has and will have while using the T2parking service all the rights, faculties and powers necessary to enter into this agreement and to carry out the acts or deeds required of it based on this agreement.

Noatel S.A. recognizes that the information of the User is strictly confidential, committing itself to maintain its absolute reserve during the validity of the same and indefinitely. Noatel S.A. accepts that under no circumstances will make use of the confidential information it has received and/or could receive from the User for its own benefit and/or that of third parties for purposes other than those indicated herein. The duty of confidentiality assumed by Noatel S.A. does not extend to that information that becomes public knowledge, or acquires public domain after the execution of the present agreement, as a consequence of the diffusion made by third parties not related to Noatel S.A., and/or that is delivered to Noatel S.A. without any obligation of reserve by third parties not related to the parties. The user acknowledges and accepts that Noatel S.A. may disclose the confidential information in the event that any competent public authority so requires, in which case it shall not incur any liability whatsoever in accordance with Law 18.331.

The User acknowledges that any use made of the commercial names, trademarks, logos, domain names of Noatel S.A. and other elements of Noatel S.A. protected by the regulations in force regarding intellectual property must comply at all times with the provisions herein and with the applicable regulations in force.

Noatel S.A. declines all responsibility for the availability, opportunity, security or reliability of the T2parking service for the provision of the service object of the present in the conditions indicated in the terms and conditions in force.
