In this guide, we will provide instructions
for those interested in becoming T2Parking users.
By following these simple steps, you will be able to download the application, create an account, and complete the initial setup to start using T2Parking and
enjoy the benefits of easy parking wherever you are.
For these and more benefits, let's get started!
1 - First, access the App Store or Play Store on your phone.
2 - Type "T2Parking" in the search bar. Click "Download."
3 - After a few seconds, the download will be completed and you can open the application.
4 - Enable notifications so we can keep you informed about all transactions made in your application.
5 - Next, you will get to this brief introductory section of the application. There are 3 screens. Select "Next" 3 times.
6 - ¡Perfect! Accept the Privacy Policy to Get Started.
7 - For this section you have three possibilities. Remember that you can maintain anonymity if you wish by pressing "Skip Step", although some functions will not be enabled.
If you do not want to register, skip to step 13.
8 - If you are already registered, you can enter your username and password and skip to step 13. Otherwise, select "Sign Up" below to register in our system.
9 - Fill in these fields to get more benefits within the application and in the parking lots. Click "Sign up".
10 - You will receive this notice. You will need to verify your email to validate your details in the system. Go to your email inbox.
11 - In your email inbox, you will find this email with a validation button. Click on it to continue.
12 - Now you can log in with your username and password. Press "Log in."
13 - After registration, you will see this section with 3 simple steps for the initial setup. Select your location. The country and city where you are located.
14 - In step 2, register a vehicle to use with the application.
15 - In this final step, you can register a payment method. Let's use a Credit/Debit card, as it is accepted for all services in all cities and countries.
16 - To enter a card, first tap the card icon to define which type of card you will use.
17 - Then fill in the requested information. Press "Validate."
18 - A charge and a refund will be made as a card validation method. Select "Confirm."
19 - Wait a few seconds for the validation to be confirmed.
20 - You will receive the following message once your payment method has been validated.
21 - Now, when you access "Payment methods," you will see your linked card on the screen.
22 - Done! Now we can enjoy all the benefits that the application offers.

How do I add vehicles in my Application?

Registering a vehicle is required by the system when you log in the first time. But registering more vehicles may be necessary at some point, or convenient. Here we will show you how to manage it in the application. By registering your vehicles you have quick access to parking, since in some parking lots the system recognizes the license plate, and in others, it validates the legitimization of the occupation of that place. In other words, it simplifies the parking process. In addition, the ability to add, edit or delete vehicles gives you control over your profile.
1 - When you open the T2Parking application on your cell phone, you will see the following screen. To access the vehicles section, click on the hamburger menu on the top left.
2 - Select "Vehicles".
3 - In this section you will find the vehicles you have registered in your application. You will be able to add more vehicles, delete them or edit features, such as tags. Select "Add".
4 - Here you will be able to add the license plate of a vehicle and set that vehicle as the default if you wish. After completing the required data, plus any other data you wish, you can add tags. Click "Add Tag".
5 - Tag is an option that will facilitate access in several places. By having your tag registered in the application, the readers will identify your vehicle with that tag and will automatically grant you access.
6 - Remember that tags are optional. You can add as many tags as you want. To remove them use the "-" icon next to each tag. Press "Save".
7 - If you have more than one vehicle, click on the little circles to set it as the default. Now select the one you prefer.
8 - If you want to delete a vehicle, select "Delete vehicle".
9 - Confirm your request to remove the vehicle from your list.
How do I add Payment Methods?

1 - The next screen is the one you will see when you open the application. Select the hamburger menu, top left.
The payment methods will be the charging systems you decide to link in the application to be able to park. The payment system accepted in all countries and for all services are debit and credit cards. In some countries other charging mechanisms will be available, such as in Uruguay, where it is possible to add the charge to the phone bill. However, it should be noted that not all parking lots validate this type of charge.
2 - Select "Payment Methods".
3 - Here you will access the different payment methods you have entered so far. You can add more payment methods by clicking "Add".
4 - Here you will see the different payment methods offered in your country. Let's start by selecting "Credit/Debit Card".
5 - To enter a card, first tap on the card icon to define what type of card you will use.
6 - Then you will be able to fill in the requested information.
7 - You will be charged and refunded as a method of card validation. Select "Confirm".
8 - Wait a few seconds for the validation to be confirmed.
9 - You will receive a message like the one on the screen once your payment method has been validated.
10 - Now you have your payment methods listed on the screen. Now you can use it, or click on it and edit your payment method.
How do I use the app to park in the city?

1 - When you open the application you will see the following screen. Let's try parking in the city. Click on the "Fare Parking" section.
2 - There you will find all the details for you to configure your parking. Select the "Where?" checkbox to configure the city where you are going to park.
3 - There you will find the list of cities available for parking with T2Parking.
4 - Selecting the "When?" checkbox you will have access to modify the schedule, that is, you can park at the moment, as well as reserve a time later in the day.
5 - In the "How long?" section you can choose a preset option or manually modify the amount of time by selecting "More minutes".
6 - Also, in the "Vehicle" section you can choose another one by clicking on "Select Other".
7 - Finally, by selecting inside the payment method box, you will be able to change the payment method you wish to use.
8 - You will then be able to select an amount of time, a vehicle you have already registered in your application and a payment method. Select "Buy Ticket".
9 - In the next dropdown we show you the information received, so you can confirm if the data is correct before proceeding with the reservation.
10 - Wait a few seconds for your order data to be processed.
11 - In some Zones you will find monthly passes available for free parking in that zone.
12 - By clicking on the pass you will see its details and you will be able to buy a pass for the current or next month.
13 - If you have made a reservation in advance we will show you the next virtual ticket. You can save it or share it.
14 - If you have made a reservation, in the application, you will see the ticket with the scheduled time and other reservation data.
15 - When you start your parking schedule, a countdown timer will be displayed for the duration of the reservation.
16 - You will receive an SMS and push notification 5 minutes before the end of your time.
17 - Another way to access city tariffed parking is through quick access. If you need to change the city, press the city name.
18 - You will see all the cities in your country that are part of the T2Parking network. Choose one and go back to "Back".
19 - If you want to change the license plate you are going to park with, just click on your license plate number.
20 - We will show you all the vehicles registered in the application and you can choose one of them or add one at that moment. Then press "Back".
21 - If you want to modify the amount of time you will park, just click on the time.
22 - The window with the option to change the amount of parking time will be displayed. Then click on "Confirm".
23 - If you wish to change the payment method, click on the icon to access your payment methods.
24 - We will show you all the payment methods you have registered. You will be able to add or select another one. Then click "Back".
25 - Now that you have everything configured, click on "Buy Ticket".
26 - The window with the data will be displayed for you to verify. Click on "Confirm".
27 - Wait a moment for us to process the purchase order.
28 - Done! You have successfully purchased metered parking! We will then show you the ticket to save or share.

30 - You will also receive a notification at the bottom of the page confirming the parking details. Press the cross at the top right to exit.
31 - You will see your parking on your application screen with a timer to facilitate time management.
32 - The timer will turn red 5 minutes before the scheduled end time. It will then show 0 and will remain on the screen for the rest of the day.
